1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate is applied based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, calculated during checkout.

5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

6. Delivery Process
Our delivery partners will notify you on the scheduled delivery day. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the package. If no one is home, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or provide options for pickup at a nearby location.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or find any items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for your delivery.

9. Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
