Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided it hasn’t been shipped. After 7 days or once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, contact us through our customer support email, and we will confirm your request and process any applicable refunds.

Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests for items that are in their original condition, unused, and unopened, with tags and packaging intact. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start the process, email us with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide a shipping label upon request, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Your bank or payment processor may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges
In cases where an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for a replacement or exchange. Be prepared to provide photos and details of the damage or defect.

Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as “final sale.” These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
