To be eligible for return and refund

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s).
  • If any item(s) in your order arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damage to support@blackwoodhomedecore.com
  • We require proof of purchase to begin processing your return. Can't find your order? Our support team can help.
  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with applicable tags, and in its original packaging.

 

REFUND APPLICABLE
