Ordering & Payment

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also welcome PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Furnitrio gift cards. You can also use AfterPay and Sezzle for a buy-now-pay-later option.

Your credit card is safe to use on our website. We employ the same encryption and security measures as financial institutions to protect your sensitive data.

Absolutely! Call our support team to place a phone order. They're available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 8 pm EST. You can also request an invoice via email from our support team.

You can make changes to your order by emailing info@furnitrio.com within 12 hours of purchase. Use the subject line 'CHANGE OF ORDER'. Note that cancelling an order after processing might incur a cancellation fee.

Our Price Match Guarantee is valid for 3 days after purchase. If the same product is on sale on our website, we'll refund the difference. Remember, our products are only sold on Furnitrio's website, so we don't match prices from third-party sellers.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 2-7 business days from the order date. After processing, they're shipped in the next 1-3 business days. Note that we don't deliver to PO Boxes. If you haven't received shipping confirmation within 10 business days, contact us.

Absolutely! Opt for priority processing and express shipping to speed up your order's processing and delivery. There will be extra charges for this service.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return within our 2-month return policy.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. All original package items should be included, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Items returned within 30 days qualify for a refund to the original payment method. For returns within 30 to 60 days, you'll receive store credit without an expiry date.

Exchanges are limited to damaged or broken items. Contact us within 15 days for issues with fixtures. The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the current one, then make a separate purchase for the new item. Return shipping costs won't be covered.

Regrettably, customized orders can't be returned as they're tailored to individual preferences. If you're unsatisfied, reach out via email, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Certainly! Each fixture is accompanied by its own warranty (1-3 years). For those seeking extended coverage, a 5-year warranty extension can be purchased.
