Furnitrio is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size. At this time, we only deliver to locations within the U.S. If you are interested in delivery outside of the U.S., please reach out, and we will explore potential options.

Order Processing and Tracking

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. After processing, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress through our tracking page or directly on the carrier’s platform.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship through FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other reliable carriers, depending on product availability and destination. Carrier choice may vary based on item size and shipping location.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may track your package using the logistics company’s tracking tool or our website's tracking page.

Shipping Locations and Carriers

Furnitrio is a U.S.-based company sourcing products from reputable manufacturers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Orders may be shipped from our warehouse in the U.S. or directly from the manufacturer, depending on product availability and origin.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7-15 business days. Processing and shipping times vary based on item availability and order volume. Estimated delivery dates are provided on each product page for your convenience.

Important Information

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to U.S. territories such as Guam, APO/FPO addresses, Minor Outlying Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • Duties and Taxes: Any local taxes, import duties, or international customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Furnitrio does not cover these fees.

COVID-19 Update

Due to increased demand and enhanced safety measures, some orders may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and commitment to our standards.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After processing and dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Furnitrio is not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or customs clearance issues.
