We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping fees apply, calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also monitor your order status directly on Furnitio.com under “My Orders.”
6. Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will notify you on the day of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or arrange for pickup at a nearby location.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or notice any missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund according to our return policy.
8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
